I have a large pool and it used to take a lot of time to clean it, but this robot saves me a lot of energy. The four cleaning modes are very useful, especially the “wall + waterline” mode, even the corners that used to be difficult to clean are not spared. The suction power is very strong, the double pump cleaning effect can be seen, and the filter basket capacity is also large, cleaning frequency is reduced a lot. Although it's corded, the 40-foot cable length is more than enough, and there's no charging time limit, so it's a breeze to use. Operation is also very easy, just preset the program and start it with one button.

This is my second robotic pool vacuum after 6 years of using a less expensive model. I was impressed by the packaging and the initial impression of this vacuum was that it was very substantial and well built! After the first couple of frustrating runs, the unit seemed to learn our pool and I love it now! Very easy to use and not cumbersome. The basket was extremely easy to clean! I opted for a corded unit since I was reluctant to purchase a battery operated unit, with that said, the cord was very flexible and did not hinder cleaning or use. This is a substantial and well built unit that looks good too! This was a more difficult year with dust settling at the bottom of our pool but with each pass it was clearly noticeable that this vacuum has great suction power and our pool is now sparkling! I recommend this product!

I was all excited about getting a new pool cleaner as I had a Wybot and have had nothing but problems with the battery charging. We have had it sent back and returned which took months and the battery has died again after a month. I received the corded Poolmate 4SE with high hopes that the corded version would not have the same draw back as the cordless units out there. Unpacked the unit, which was well packaged and went to put it in the pool. Connected it up to the power unit and powered on, no problems thus far. I connected the unit to the Bluetooth app with no issues and put the cleaner in the pool. Again no problems up to this point. Decided to watch the unit for a few minutes clean.....This is when all went south. The cleaner cleaned beautifully on the walls for about 5min then just stopped at the bottom of the pool, no movement. I pulled the unit up with a hook and low and behold no lights on the cleaner. Moved the power box to a different outlet in which my salt generator is powered and working fine, again no lights on the cleaner and not connecting through Bluetooth, due to the lack of power to the unit. Used a volt meter to check the power coming out of the power box, one pin has 26vdc nothing on any of the rest of the pins. Bottom line is the unit is DOA, this is not a good start in my book for the Poolmate brand. I have scheduled a return on this product and will assume at this point this is a lemon unit. If anyone from Poolmate reads this I would hope the QC process will be changed so that this doesn't happen very often, otherwise it will be another pool robot brand that will not be around very long.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this pool cleaning robot has completely exceeded my expectations. Setup was incredibly simple—just plug it in, drop it in the pool, and let it do its thing. Within a couple of hours, my entire pool was spotless. It picks up leaves, dirt, sand—you name it.What I really appreciate is how little supervision it needs. I used to spend hours manually cleaning the pool or paying someone to do it, and this robot has already paid for itself in time saved. It climbs walls, scrubs the waterline, and even navigates corners with ease. Plus, it’s surprisingly quiet!Cleanup is also easy—just pop out the filter and rinse. If you’re on the fence, do yourself a favor and get this. You’ll wonder how you ever maintained your pool without it.

I’ve used a few different pool vacuums and this is the first one I actually trust to get everything clean before a pool party. The fact that it’s corded is a big plus for me. No worrying about battery life or whether it’ll make it through the full clean. I just plug it in and it runs until the job is done.The suction is strong and it picks up all the debris I usually have in the pool like leaves, sand, and bugs. I use the Ultra Clean mode before guests come over and it always looks great. It also scrubs the walls and waterline, which makes a big difference in how clean the pool looks overall.The auto-dock feature is really convenient too. When it’s done, it moves to the edge of the pool so it’s easy to pull out without getting wet.I’ve had good experience with Poolmate products before and this one lives up to the same standard. I would definitely recommend this one if you want something reliable and easy to use.

I have tried and sent back 2 other robots until the poolmate 4se. It cleans small debri and picks up leaves. It's a little slow, but powerful. I am satisfied so far.

Very nice machine ,easy to operate and to setup with the app , many different settings for cleaning . The filter pickup small particles has a large capacity and easy to clean and the best of wall has a good price .
