Shockingly good despite the price. I had to replace an air conditioner that cost several hundred dollars more and it keeps my bedroom just as cool. Despite being small, it keeps a medium sized room quite chilly. It’s easy to move around from room to room should I need it elsewhere. It’s a tad noisy compared to more expensive air conditioners, but that’s not a big deal considering the size and price. I absolutely love this ac! It fits perfect in the window and also in the room. The temperature is so good and gives me a good nights sleep. My room would get to the 100s in the summer and it was unbearable. I highly recommend this the temp and the cooling capacity is amazing. I also like that price point which is good.

It will stop if it gets to cold so it doesn't change to a fan while it defrost it just cuts off. The tube that goes for the unit to the window falls out repeatedly driving me insane lol. It's easy to set up tho. It's a bit loud when on high. It's not movable without the tube cuz it blows hot if it's not attached. The buttons are located on top of it so if you have a cat or a kid expect it to be changed and there's not a way to lock the buttons or anything to cover that part of the unit. It works like a dream once set up and not touched tho. I'd say pair with another fan across the room and it's a dream so the air continues to circulate.

Good looking unit that also works really well. I accidentally broke a part and they sent me a replacement right away. Great customer service.

Item came as described. I left the unit sitting up for about 48 hours before unboxing per the instructions (upright for 24 hours minimum before use). Once unboxed & plugged in to my dismay the unit does not blow cold air whatsoever on the cooling setting, but also when I went to turn the unit off it made an odd hissing sound then filled the bedroom with a terrible smelling odor like freon.I had bought this unit to cool a small upstairs bedroom to replace a previous unit, and instead of doing anything that it was marketed to do it did none of it. I am left throughly disappointed & nauseous from the gaseous odor that it filled the room with when turned off. No one should buy this product.

works great,I bought it to put on my 26 foot boat.When it's at the dock on hot days .It's nice to have.

This AC blows cold but I was surprised at how much water comes out of the back. I must keep a large pot next to it and empty it every few hours. Customer service followed up on the issue for me. UPDATE: We came to resolution and it seems to be better now that the environment is a bit less humid.
