I've used several different brands of probiotics with mixed results. This is the first one that I actually think works. I started noticing a difference in about a week. I haven't had any cramping and bloating like before and my IBS symptoms have gotten much better. Overall, I just feel better. I think the fact that it's meant to be taken at night is what makes it different from others. It works while you're sleeping so your stomach can digest it and it can work without too much interference from food. I've been using it for a month and will continue even though it's quite a bit more expensive than other brands. I really think it's worth it.

My gastroenterologist suggested it because a number of his patients had reported very good results to him. Anecdotal evidence, but when you have IBS you give things a try because gut flora isn't the same for everyone. Priced the same as Activa, it is not cheap. I noticed a slight improvement after a month. Not a huge change but enough to be noticeable and convince me to spend the money for it on a regular basis. I suspect not everyone will see a difference, but if you need probiotics and other brands have not been effective, it could be worth a try.

I ordered this because I have IBS and it did nothing for it and it didn’t agree with my stomach. Plus very expensive. I find digestive advantage intensive bowel support and IBgard works much better
