We already have two of these. This one we bought for grandson's house. We use the hoses all the time. We aren't so neat that we roll it back on the reel but we will put it away for winter on it. every time we use the hose we roll it around in a circle on the ground. It does not kink or fold and unrolls for use with ease. Best hose ever. So far it's lasted for four months.

It doesn't kink. And since it's metal, it probably won't deteriorate in the sun. The interior diameter is a little smaller than than my previous plastic hose, but I think that is offset by the fact that bending doesn't reduce the interior diameter at all, as it would in a plastic or rubber hose. I also like the storage wheel that comes with the hose.

I'm a long time gardener and even with irrigation, hate dragging hoses around for spot watering. The Hercules hose is the only hose If will ever buy again. No back ache from dragging heavy duty rubber hoses, no tangles, great pressure, Have had it a few months and so far, so good....never going back to old fashioned hoses...I'll leave them to the firemen.

This is the third one we bought and love it. So light and never gets tangled or crimps. Love love love. Just buy it and forget about it. We do not bring them in during winter. Its a great hose. The neighbors wish they had one too.

I ordered two 50 ft. hoses and received two 25 ft hoses. I wanted to return them in exchange for the correct length but the manufacturer is charging me a 20% restocking fee plus I have to pay to return them which will be deducted from my refund. Not happy at all!

We love the hose but everyone please be sure when you are hanging it that you make sure all the kinks are out. You will need to twist it over and over to get it to lay right.Awesome though
