My wife let me use her mask when I had a random headache. I fell asleep in less than 10 minutes. It was amazing and I woke up feeling SO much better. It was such a good experience I purchased my own mask. I now use it essentially every night and I’ll wake up hours after putting it on to take it off. It gets me asleep SO fast. Genuinely some of the best money I’ve spent.

Feels great, but I wish there was a function to turn off the greeting and power down audio clip. Very annoying to be in a relaxed state, and after it automatically powers off, a jarring voice announces it shut down ( like you don't already know that). Really stupid and annoying feature.

First, this is a nice therapeutic eye mask. It has a lot of options. I don't use them all, but I really like all the combinations because I got the couple that I really do like. And if you are sharing it with someone, having lots of options is a good thing since it is likely that each of you would prefer different features.I like the heated feature and the heated with massage feature. I find it nice and relaxing and after 15 minutes or so I feel better.It comes with a freezer pack for a cold compress feature. I did not even try it. But for those who want something like that, it is available, but you need to stick the pack into the freezer after each use which is something to think about. Heating is automatic with the internal battery so it is just a button push away. And the battery lasts a while so I rarely have to recharge it.The little speakers work and can carry what you would want to hear. It is far from audiophile quality, but it works well enough for meditation talk tracks, audio books or basic music listening.I am also not a fan of the vibration. Personal call on that, so I am just listing it as a feature and an option for those who enjoy that.A couple of things of note that I wish I could change:It 'talks' with a verbal response every time I push a button to tell me what I just did. It's not terrible, but it is annoying. And I definitely cannot use it when I need real quiet such as when my spouse is sleeping.The mask itself is rigid. So it either fits or it does not fit. It fit me, but only just. If I had a very wide face, I am sure I would have to return it. So if you get it, try it quickly to see if it is a good fit.

I was skeptical about just how well these eye massagers would work - however I have used Renpho products in the past and they are well made and reliable so I decided to give them a try. I am happy that they fit very well and are made from good materials - so they have both a snug and comfortable fit when worn - even on my big head. I have been using them on the heating setting and after a long day of working at a computer screen it's great to have soothing heat and compression around the eyes and I can genuinely feel the benefits on my eyes and forehead after use. Can highly recommend these if you are looking to relieve eye strain or headaches from prolonged computer usage.
