This ear wax vacuum remover is easy to use and works well for me and my family. The suction levels are adjustable, which makes it comfortable and safe. I do not find this useful. Just doesn't do the job. I've used it a few times and nothing. I was in hopes that it would work. No different than taking one of those little bubble things, Squeezing it in your ear and sucking it out. Which cost hardly anything. It was a waste of my time and money. And does it work for a baby, I don't know. I guess this is why when I go to the ear doctor they never use anything that vacuum it out anymore. They always want to wash them out with water.No good if you have problems with swimmers ears. But Will I try using it again, maybe. Will let you know if it ever changes.

This ear cleaner is really easy to use. It fits in the hand in the right size, and the operation buttons are clear at a glance. After cleaning, the storage compartment is also easy to disassemble and wash, and there is no burden to clean it. There are also multiple levels of suction that can be adjusted, just right to try slowly according to your needs. Especially the long tube hose, it feels like there is an extra layer of protection, which makes it a lot safer to use.

Tried it one night after a hot shower just to see what it could do. Pulled out some stuff I didn’t expect, nothing crazy but enough to notice. It didn’t feel weird or anything, just a light suction. I’ve kept it in the drawer since and used it a couple more times.Wouldn’t mess with it if you’ve got something really deep though. The suction’s soft but you still gotta be careful. Wasn’t hard to figure out and does the job if you’re not trying to get too aggressive with it.

The manual tools are well made and easy to use. They’re sturdy with a bit of give, so they don’t feel harsh when I’m using them to scoop out any stubborn bits. The buttons are easy to press to figure out the suction levels. The battery lasts me through a few cleanings, I usually do this after a shower when things are a bit softer and easier to clean. The suction, while gentle, sometimes feels too weak to get everything out, especially if there’s a bit of buildup. I have to go over the same spot a few times.
