Excellent for PS3 upgrade
This was a refurbished product and I was not looking for something expensive as I was upgrading my old PS3. Installed it and it works perfectly. If you are looking to get a PS3 CFW and are running on a version 4.90 don’t do it until a HFW has been released. As of today (03/10) a new CFW has been released but no HCW.

Fits PS4 Slim
My PS4 suddenly stopped working. Once I identified that the internal drive had to be replaced this is the product highly recommended. It's affordable and easy to install but more importantly it fits and had me back online in no time.

Easy to install
Even with my limited IT background I found the installation to be quite easy. The most challenging problem for me was installing a clean version of Windows but, after several attempts I successfully completed the installation. My Dell PC is now operating like a new computer so well worth the trouble.

Frustrated That it didn't work
I purchased it and tried it and it did not work I would have sent it back but I purchased it to read another hd platter just like it I figured I switch the platter and try anyway since I waited on this a few day already and still did not work...I could not send it back now even if I wanted too since I opened it up already so basically i was stuck since it never worked to begin with...I had to go and purchase one for 79.99 at Office Depot which worked but had to pay double...
