Like a previous reviewer I, too, was concerned with the manufacturer's country of origin: China. But as I searched through the different brands advertised on Amazon it seems like they all are manufactured in China. So I took a chance on this one. The day before they arrived I took a hard fall and injured my knee and other body parts. So I was thankful the next day that these arrived. I'm happy to report that I did not have any digestive disturbance or burps. I did Pierce one of the gel caps and they do smell like oil of oregano. I cannot for sure say if the swelling in my knee has gone down because of time or because these gel caps helped. I took four caps yesterday and so far today have taken four. I do need to shake the bottle but they haven't stuck together in a huge clump. I live in Florida and even with air conditioning it can get hot and humid so this doesn't surprise me that these little gel caps need the bottle shaken slightly each time I open it.
