have been using for almost 3 months know. I'm 63 yrs old and disabled so I can't work out or go for walks. This has helped me manage my weight and burn belly fat I had put on. Slower because I can't workout but still working.

Easy to use , with encouraging results.
The pills were easy to swallow. I feel like I'm losing weight and have much more energy. It's been 2 weeks down 12 pounds with an adjustment to my diet .

Elevated my Blood Pressure got worried
This pill did not do anything for me but elevated by blood pressure , jittery and neck pressure that made me felt restless. First I thought maybe I'm just tired so I continue for a couple of days but I was worried so I stop taking the pill. After a month while browsing Amazon, I read about this product again so I gave it another try since I bought 3 bottles of these. I took in the morning but the whole day I started being jittery again with headache, stiff neck and felt like I am getting choke so I drank a lot of water to cleans the reaction after consuming this pill. Just be aware before you buy it...

That it states what it's for and what it does
I've started the keto diet and then I seen this on Amazon I purchased it and it really helps with the diet it does excactly what it says it does and I get them every month

Updated: does nothing
Update: Yea these don't do anything. Felt something for the first week or so. Started boating and gained 2 pounds. I don't think its from these pills, but they aren't doing anything.

I did not lose weight AND they made me jittery and crazy. 😓😓😓
