Ok gut besties let me keep it real. From someone who has lost over 130 naturally and gained about 50 pounds back cause she got happy with her bf. This product is definitely worth purchasing. It has definitely helped decrease my cravings and flushes you all day so if you suffer with constipation or need more fiber in your diet. I’m down 5 pounds already from using this for about 2 weeks along with a low calorie diet and light exercise I can say this is helping me tremendously to loose that extra weight I put back on. The taste is minimal and I enjoy it with my coffee. I feel like it just works the quickest that way. Arrived the next day. I will say the only downside is the price, but it is definitely worth the investment if you’re trying to cut down on unnecessary snacking. Control is the most important element of a successful diet and weight loss.

I was hesitant to try this item out but I am glad I did. I read a couple reviews that said the taste was odd. I honestly didn’t taste much, I just mix it in my water for the day and get it down just fine. This has definitely helped me keep my appetite to a minimum and help curve those cravings. This is my second time buying them because I liked the result of them the first time. The price is a little steep for the count in the box but if there is ever a sale on these, I’d gladly continue to purchase them. I think these definitely work to their full potential if you are consistent with your protein, water intake, proper meals and overall health!

I've been using this GLP-1 booster powder supplement for about three weeks, and here are my thoughts:It works (for me, at least). I put a scoop of it in my morning coffee along with a collagen powder and fiber powder. I didn't notice any results/difference in my appetite unit the end of the second week using it. I also started by taking half of a scoop each day for the first week since I didn't know how it was going to affect my stomach. So far, I've had no stomach issues, but I don't feel any of the digestion benefits yet.It doesn't mix well with coffee, which it does say on the container itself. This would be great to mix into overnight oats or chia pudding. The majority of it sinks to the bottom of my mug, so I give it a little swirl before I drink it all down. It has an oatey flavor that I like, but it is a bit grainy feeling.Overall, I like it. A lot of my food noise has died down, and I do feel fuller longer. However, the price kills me. I got my canister when it was on sale for $20, but I'm not sure if I'm willing to pay full price for continuing with the supplement. The price is my only gripe for the amount of product you get.

It has a bland bean kind of flavor so it mixes great with water and tea in my experience. Been using this now for a month and already feeling my gut health is much better. The bloating is gone.Love love love this product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

First time trying any mix-in fiber and I have definitely noticed a difference in my gut health. Regularity was immediate and normal again.I put one scoop mixed in with my morning coffee, and it doesnt alter the taste. Dissolves well, but will settle to bottom- keep stirring. It’s been10days and I am feeling less bloat in my tummy! I’m looking forward to seeing more benefits the longer I use it.

I heard such good reviews about this and given some issues I was having, had high hopes. Still remains to be seen the effects it has on my system.The flavors (Watermelon Lime (love!), Blood orange (good), Raspberry Lemon (good) were nice. My only dislike is when I get down to the last tablespoons of beverage, it is so stinking grainy. My understanding is that's actually good, but from the drinking perspective, the granulars make me cough a lot, and it's just overall hard to drink. I'm not sure if I'll reorder or not.

Product has little flavoring which is great in my opinion. Does not get clumpy. I feel fuller and has also helped a bit with constipation. The only downfall it's a little pricey for only 18 servings
