Worthy of money! Great seller!
The seller is a great communicator. I ordered this product slightly before the Easter holidays. The delivery took, of course, longer. Francois the seller kept sending me emails and explained where my pan is and why.I have used this pan almost everyday for the last 4 months. I just love it! This lovely copper saucepan will last life time.I should have bought decent pans rather than spending cheap ones and replacing them every year. There are too many advantages in using a copper pan to describe one by one. It boils so quick (saves gas or electricity) and keeps the heat for long. The only thing I was not fully satisfied with is that the product details did not specify how thick this pan was. This is 1.5mm thick; nice. I also purchased a 2.5mm thick saute pan from Francois; nicer. (I personally prefer thick pans. Remember thick copper pans are really heavy!)When I have enough budget for more copper products I am sure that I will contact Francois!

Awesome, but check the copper thickness
Agree with all Suz's positive points about the pan, which is the finest I have ever owned. I bought mine in Villedieu-les-Poêles near where Mauviel comes from and on the subject of the thickness of copper, mine has 2.5 mm thick copper and so should hers... note the model number advertised is 6501.14, which is from the M'héritage 250c series. The 250 relates to the 2.5 mm thickness. The much cheaper 150c series has 1.5 mm thick copper, though they're still good pans of course. Too late now, but she should probably have queried this with the supplier who may have made a mistake.
