Nice fine rod
Works really good with stainless knives, not taking out too much material just the right amount to get you blade ready. Perfect for everyday use even semi pro butcher :D

仕上げ用
製品自体は3000グリット相当で、刃物を研ぎ終えた後の仕上げに使えます。ただ、製品が比較的大き目であるため、落下した場合の破損や使用時の安全性を顧慮しての使用をおすすめします。

切れ味は一時的にも良くならず
これは使えない・・・。極細3000グリット（♯３０００？）と、あるが、タッチアップしても切れ味は一時的にも良くならず、通常の♯４０００砥石で１～２分流水しながら研いだ切れ味の方が良い。もっと言えば、別の包丁の背の部分に刃を当てて滑らせた方が、一時的にも充分な切れ味が復活する。買うまでもない商品。
