Almost..
Solved a big problem for me, however, NOT a true factory replacement. Side light is a deeper amber than original. Also, doesn’t fold in as far as other one, either. That said; everything else lines up and plugs in perfectly. Installation was pretty painless.

Not the size of original mirror
The mirror works as it should but be aware that it is a different size than the original mirror on the van. If you replace one it might be better to just replace both. This mirror is about 3" width smaller than the original. But it works as it should with the blinking light on the side, hence the 3 stars.

It fits
The only thing that I am uncertain about is why putting the wires back in. I have to switch out the back part with the lightbulbs in it because it doesn’t fit the wire clasp.

It doesn’t fit together as seamlessly as original does
I would give 5 stars if it could mount as seamlessly as the original did. This mirror replacement appears to have all the features of the original one but it can’t be seamlessly fit in the door. There is about an 1/8 inches gap between the door after tightening the screws. Not sure whether it was the inside metal mounting bracket or the outer size of the mirror that caused the issue? If I was going to use it, I might have to apply some black waterproof silicone to prevent water getting into it and it wouldn’t look great!
