It was easy to install—just push it into the ground and let the sun do the rest. I like that it doesn’t need batteries, so there’s nothing extra to manage. The sensor is pretty responsive and activates quickly when birds or small animals come close. The flashing lights and ultrasonic sound seem to scare them off without hurting anything. It blends in with the garden like a solar light and doesn’t look out of place.

You don't have to worry about solar charging, you don't have to worry about installing it, it automatically charges during the day, and it can work at night. The ultrasound and lights will be activated as soon as there is movement, and people can hardly hear the sound, which has no effect on our family and dogs. It has rained recently and worked as usual, waterproof OK. In general, I am very satisfied, simple and practical, worry-free.

Used in the backyard where squirrels and racoons were becoming a bit of a problem. The devices started working from the first night — noticed fewer animals coming close to the garden beds. The motion sensor triggers the light and sound quickly, not super loud but seems to do enough to make critters turn around.Solar charging has been holding up fine so far, no need to take it out for manual recharge. Even on cloudy days the charge lasted long enough overnight. The casing is plastic but didn’t feel too flimsy, and it stayed put during a windy day.Setup didn’t take more than a few mins, just push it into the soil and angle it where needed. Range covers a decent portion of the yard, tho probly not great for very large open areas.May not scare off every single animal, but the overall activity around the spot definitely went down. Useful for small gardens or areas near trash bins.

This works well with a wide variety of animals. We placed it near our vegetable garden and noticed a huge difference right away. Our established leafy plants aren’t being nibbled on or completely destroyed and we don’t see nocturnal animals scavenging for food on our porch at night. Love that its solar operated so just set and forget. Comes well packaged with everything ready to install as needed. Very confident to recommend this product.
