Q: My neck is 12 inches. Will this fit me?

Not sure if it will go that small. I have a 17 neck and it fit me ok.

Q: Is this a HSA approve device?

I do not know. However, I am suffering from cervical herniated discs, and this did the trick. I use it in conjointion with ice patches and it works great helping to reduce nerves inflammation in the vertebrae. Definitely worth the investment.

Q: I’m 6’4”, 280lbs, is this one size fits all? and if not, can you point me in the right direction, been suffering and no insurance
