A great seller who stands behind their product and goes above and beyond for the customer. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and didnt realize until it was delivered. They set up the return for me and I ordered the correct size without any additional fees.Pool is a very nice item. There are some issues with the instructions that you basically have to figure things out on your own by trial and error but the pool is great quality and is a great product for the price. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice above ground pool without breaking the bank. Perfect size for the kids to have plenty of fun or the adults to just enjoy a relaxing day in the sun.Many thanks again for all your assistance!!!

Absolutely a pain to set up. Cannot be done with 3 people. Bottom channel not deep enough. Liner came in a box that was assembled with staples. Staple ripped the liner. Screws don’t fit the holes. Skimmer has diagram, but no instructions. Liner very thin.

Was a pain to get set up. Track is not deep enough to keep tin in place. Wish i had done research on this particular model before i purchased. Took 2 days and many frustrated moments but we finally got it up. Instructions need to be better detailed or better yet, do a really good video for this specific pool. Can't wait to get it filled with water and the pump hooked up and running. So ready to enjoy it. Hoping it last a very long time.

Those that say the channel was not deep enough did not follow instructions that a minimum of 4 people are required to stand the wall up. Once the pad was properly prepared, which is critical, we stood the walls with five people in less than 30 minutes. Liner is a bit thin, but so are all the complete pool packages. The only thing I wish was for them to offer an upgrade with a jhook liner. All in, and outstanding value for the money.

Pool ladder broke the 1st day

Simple setup after a few u tube vids. Wish the pump had a timer and or an on off switch. Ladder will do for now while we build a deck. Overall, great value for the money.

Haven't had it up a week and have three spots where the liner has ripped. Stairs will not stay down it keep floating up and very unstable. The pool itself was difficult to put up as it took 6 of us to get walls into the track.

Very hard to set up even with 4 people. Thin bottom channel but can make it work. Looks great but please do yourself a favor and buy a liner with a thicker gauge. Mine is tearing in several places
