It looks good, it's durable, it stays in place, and it's easy to clean, and it doesn't seem to stain easily. I think my favorite thing about it is that mats or small rugs like these ship rolled up into tubes, which means when you first unroll them and place them, the ends either curl up or curl down -- they don't lay flat. With some products like this, they never do, but the ends on these (I've bought a couple of them now) lay flat after one or two days, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is. Makes them easier to vacuum and nobody's tripping over them because they don't lay perfectly flat. It's a little thing, but it makes a big difference.

This rug is okay overall. I really like the look of it, it’s absorbent and it doesn't slide around on my floor which is great. However, it tends to collect dirt easily, and I feel like it always looks dirty no matter how often I clean it. It seems like it will be durable.

This is not as thick as similarly marketed kitchen mats, but it does have some padding/support. It will make a difference, but is very low profile which is exactly what I wanted. I've seen some reviewers who were expecting a much denser or thicker mat, which this is not.The color is great, it has held up really nicely with spills and dropped food. I give it a quick vacuum and that's about it. It absorbs water very well and is great for protecting our floors. It's non-slip, doesn't move around easily, and is great for extra cushion while standing.
