This item is really good and easy to use...just pour water on the heating plate as per your requirement-whether you want hard boiled/medium or soft boiled eggs. Use the measuring cup which has the indication on it, this is provided along with the egg boiler, though the language on it is Chinese but one can easily guess that more water level is for hard boiled eggs...I have used it once and given this review. May be shall give one more review after few months of usage.

I gave four stars because the egg cutter wire broke on the very first cutting. Can you believe wire broke while cutting boiled egg?😲Another reason is that the electric wire of the boiler is ver very unexpectedly small. I have to keep stool on kitchen slap to reach the plug socket which is only one feet high from slab.
