I really enjoyed doing this jigsaw which was a bit testing re the sky, but well worth it once completed. Looks even better in a frame which now hangs in the communal area of my building. It's already been commented on by other residents. 5*

Lovely puzzle. Quite hard.

bought as a present but recipient was thrilled with it. It was delivered as said and well packaged.

First the good:- the puzzle arrived quickly and is well made. After completion there were no lips on the tiles caused by handling. The tiles locked together well.The not so good:- The bag containing the tiles is heat sealed so that it has to be ripped open. Others use a zip seal which is reusable for storage. I noticed on emptying the bag that some tiles were still attached to a adjacent tile so they hadn’t been jumbled well enough. The most disappointing was the quality of the picture. It has a gloss finish which detracts from the final effect, particularly for those that like to frame their puzzles. I have included a partial view since the puzzle is the panoramic type.

Had fun doing these. Will defo purchase more from this brand. Grazie!

Good quality puzzle, pieces fit together perfectly. As it is mainly 50+ shades of grey it is a real challenge. On occasion it became frustrating and I found doing it in natural light as opposed to using my spotlight helped slightly. I started with the outside first, the bike second then the bottom half then the top.Doing this type of jigsaw is one where sorting into shapes rather than colours really helps.All the pieces were there.

Very poor quality product and very bad service. The puzzles are delaminating. When I smeared the finished picture with puzzle glue - the puzzle stratified. To make a claim, you need to send the code cut out of the box to the claims department in Italy. The company proposes to send an on-line application by providing a 16-character code in the form but at the box is a 13-character code and the complaint system does not accept. When I questioned this way of settling the complaint due to the cost of sending the application to Italy, the company offered me to send the form with the code cut out of the box to the branch in the UK. I sent it over a month ago and no one has contacted me yet. Clementoni- puzzle not worth the price.
