Reliable power and no fan noise
I use my desktop Windows PC as my primary music source. I got this to reduce the noise from the PC. Worked like a charm. All I hear now is the low sound of the CPU fan. Also, I thought it would run hot because there is no fan. Not so, It barely gets warm. Good quality item.

Perfectly happy with this
I used this in a Streacom DB4 I built back in March. Been running since then, zero issues, even with multiple stress tests. It just barely fits in the DB4 with the stock cable. The manual isn't very helpful, that is true. However, this was the first time I've ever actually built a computer before, so if I can complete the system, it shouldn't be too hard.

NJ450, Excellent PSU
I bought this unit to use inside my HDplex H5 2nd gen passively cooled system. Works very well, platinum efficiency is a nice bonus. Well built, the heatsink exterior housing works well at dissipating the internal heat.

Noiseless. But bad value, bad finish, bad quality
for the price, this psu should be titanium rated. It should have higher quality cables. the cables are not sleeved, they are fully exposed. this is worse when the power supply itself, has very sharp corners and you have the cables touching the chasis. the plastic will rub and shave off.. i carefully assembled a rig and this is already showing wear. This is a bad issue... if the cables short, can be a fire hazardx.its very poor value all round.

Confused...
I managed to get this working. The manual is 5 pages of pictures that don't match my setup and DO NOT describe much. I am hooking this up to 2 different ASUS motherboards. One is a Sabertooth 990fx (v1) and the other is a ASUS M5A78L-M Plus. After trial and error I got the Sabertooth to boot - but I am still confused as to which cables go where. I used the ESD cable to the 8 pin connection on the 990FX, and then one of the dual 4 pin connections to the PSU. The 24 pin made sense, as did the SATA. Where does the 4 pin attached to the 24 pin cable go? Back to the 4 pin "Sense" on the PSU? It boots if I do that, or without it, but I have no idea if I am doing something wrong.I'm not powering on the other motherboard until I can sort this out. Can anyone link me to a primer? I haven't built a PC since 2010 so I probably missed an important change along the way...

Excellent
3 years later and mine is still going strong in a Dan A4 case under heavy usage. It operates as advertised under every specification. Unfortunately, I'll be upgrading to 750w or so later in the year due to GPUs becoming more power hungry...but will certainly miss this quiet PSU.

Worth Every Penny
Thought it was a bit pricy but totally worth it. Modular cables are the perfect length for a small form factor pc build.

Wanted so much for it to work
PSU fanless case looks extremely well made.Unfortunately it died 1.5 seconds after turning it on.

Great as a secondary PSU
Not a typical application, but this PSU has no whining noise, in fact silent 100% of the time and that is what I wanted. While overkill for wattage, using Molex connectors and the given cables, I can power other devices that have noisy power bricks as well.
