Bougie Perfume Repository
This review is for the smallest wine cooler.I am using this unit as a cooled cabinet for my perfume and cologne collection; I am thrilled. The unit is super spacious, holding over a dozen perfume bottles on the top shelf. The bottom shelf is shorter because the compressor sits behind it, but is holding another dozen or so smaller bottles. I have my scents at 58 degrees but it easily cools at a lower temperature. On top you have the temperature read out and buttons to adjust it. These buttons are backlit in white light that is bright enough to illuminate the inside and bother if you are sleeping close by. It also has an LED blue light that can be turned on or off. There is a small amount of condensation that forms on the interior sides, more like frost, but it has not been a major issue.Overall, I took my time to find what I thought was best for me and I think I have a home run.

Awesome Unit with Small Design Flaws
Received it roughly 7 days after ordering, so it actually arrived sooner than listed. This little until looks great and runs so quietly compared to most other brands in this price range. Although the top part of the fridge is not as cold as the middle and bottom, I'm more than happy with what it does and how it looks. The light is soft and simple which makes it ideal as it is always on. The door is heavy, which is great, but when you switch the reversible sides, be sure you line the door closing up correctly for a good seal. So don't tighten those screws all the way until you know its perfect.I am giving this 5 stars right now on this condition:That the manufacturer sends me these inexpensive replacement items that are by all means defective. There is obviously some small design flaws, which I can live with but is disappointing. I needed to change the door from opening to the right, to the left instead. However, the initial instal scratched the silver on the top part of the door. Which is an obvious eye sore! Obviously not IDEAL for a new unit that offers the reversible door. Secondly, the hinge cover had a hair-line crack at the back along with scuff marks, and I was nervous taking it off because of it. I managed to get it off in one piece, unfortunately, when I put it back on it broke the little clasp at the back. At least the clasps in the middle hold it relatively in place. Also, the hole plugs (black and silver) which are a pain to get out, and once you do, they are so cheap they look like crap when you put them back in. Honestly, I was as gentle as I could be to get them out and push them back in, and they now look and feel so cheap.I've wrote the manufacturer, and if they send me those replacement parts, I can live with the little scratch and leaving a 5-star review as the unit is working better than the a competitor brand I bought previously at a local retailer, and so much quieter.PS - the cellophane they use to wrap and protect the unit protects it nicely, but is a pain to get off as it is cheaper than the normal big box stores applications. Start at a clean corner and go slow.

Love this
My Antartica mini fridge is everything. It keeps my beverages nice and cold, the door easily opens and closes. The compressor is relatively quiet when it comes on, it’s just an overall great addition to my space..I love it!

Great Cooler with Slight Kink
I was looking for a very specific wine cooler. I wanted one that was a similar height and depth as my cabinets and allowed for bottles to be stored on the side as well as standing (for the ones that are opened an not finished as I haven’t been able to find wine stoppers that don’t leak). I also wanted to purchase within a certain price point and this one fit the criteria. The Pros: nice size, keeps the set temperature, allows for standing bottles (I removed 2 shelves), and an almost perfect fit. I’ve read reviews about the buttons not working but I believe people just didn’t understand the instructions and don’t know how to work it. You have to hold the lightbulb button before any function. For example, if you want to turn the light on, you hold the button til you hear the beep, the temp will flash, and then you press the bulb again and the blue light will be on. Same thing when you want to change the temp. Hold the light bulb til you hear the beep, the temp will flash, and then press the up or down arrow until you reach the desired temperature. The design is very sleek and I love the blue light.Cons: I believe I received a faulty cooler because I first had abnormally loud noise. I have a mini fridge in my office so I’m very familiar with the low humming noise that these things make, but it was more of a hum mixed with a very noticeable “whooshing” sound. I contacted customer service with videos and they gave me a credit for the inconvenience. I figured it was a noise I could live with since the tv drowns it out and it’s in the living room. However, I started to hear this weird popping sound. It happens randomly and just sounds like bang. Of course everytime I tried to catch it on video, I couldn’t. It just so happened to make the noise when I was making a social media video so you could hear in the background. Again, contacted customer service. They advised that it was likely the compressor. I honestly didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning and receiving a replacement so they kindly offered an additional partial refund that I will use to pay someone to check it out. I looked this up on google and it’s surprisingly not uncommon.Bottom Line: Great product for the price. I haven’t seen any other reviews that mentioned the popping sound so assuming this isn’t common among purchasers, and also assuming that their operating buttons aren’t broken and that they just haven’t figured out how to use, I would 100% recommend purchasing. Without the popping sound, I would’ve given 5 stars. The customer service was also superb. They respond swiftly via email and followed up via phone calls and text. Really appreciate it!
