TRP G-Spec Quadiem Hydraulic Disc Brake - 4 Pistons Post Mount Front - Quadiem G-Spec-LH F

These brakes are amazing! I am coming off of Guide RSCs. First off, the levers on these are the best you will ever put your MTB fingers on. They are bulky, stiff, and strong. In terms of stopping control, these brakes offer amazing modulation. They don’t come on too strong at first, but increase in power as you pull on the lever. I run them on an Evil Wreckoning with 203 rotors front and rear. I ride in the San Gabriel mountains north of Los Angeles where it is nothing but decomposed granite and sandstone. In the dry and blown out conditions, these offer amazing control and modulation.The only gripe I could give is that they are not the most powerful brakes when you have a Shimano-like “Oh S*%#!” moment and want to immediately stop on the trail. But if you’re a more advanced rider and are ok with speed, these brakes are perfect. I prefer these way more than the Guide RSCs. I am so happy they came on the bike.
