Product looks great. Good back support as well. I. bought 5 to try as i wanted to see if they were going to be good enough for all my staff. However 1 of them has a faulty piston and it therefore keeps lowering. So thats not good

Good one. Worth of buying. fast delivery. and packing is excellent. easy to assemble. Quality is ok. finishing is good. no extra support underneath your seating area. So think about your weight before purchase.

ok chair. nice design easy to assemble. a bit overpriced considering what you get. the main problem i had with this chair is that it's not very wide. so unless your a very thin person the arm rests pinch and rub against your sides when you sit down on it. it could have been around 2" wider. this would have made the chair more comfortable for most people. but because it's a bit narrow it's not suitable for some. maybe teenagers. i bought another chair that's 2" wider and it's much more comfortable.

Good points: Looks really good, easy to assembleBad points: doesn't last, 15 months on and the bottom cover is tearing off the side, will have to replace the hole chair. It is not comfortable, and castors feel very rough when moving.

I was hesitant about this purchase but it is great and I am super happy with it. Easy to assemble and sturdy - highly recommend this.

it looks great especially after you remove the leather on the arms, they are zipped on but the zips are broken so you need to cut them off. the main problem i have with this chair is that there is no padding, the design completely relies on the material staying taut but it stretches after a couple of months of use, so you end up sitting on the metal bars under the seat. its a shame becuase its a great looking chair and as far as i've seen there's no way to tighten up the material.

Chair keeps going down even though the lift and lower arm is in the locked position. Clearly the piston is not up to the job. I am 6'2" and 15 stone, so nothing an off the shelf chair shouldn't be able to handle!
