Even without using it everyday, it curbed my appetite. My only dislike is the once a day dose (30 drops) however it is the easiest when you're on the go and don't have time to remember between meals.

Not sure of the effectiveness. Sometimes I feel less hungry, sometimes it makes me feel like devouring everything in sight.

Keto is amazing I lost 30 pounds un just 2 months, I didn't need to exercise y just follow a moderate diet to help it little bit, but to be honest I didn't need to do much I just work and try to eat moderate avoiding flower productos and too much sugar. This producto is great and easy to use and easy to follow.

Unfortunately I didn't see any changes with this product you may have gave me some energy but I didn't see it helping in any way
