Bought for a different use
I was looking for a way to install an extra bench seat in an older van. After scouring Amazon for possible ideas, I saw these brackets that are made to anchor bed slats in place. They are very well made and would probably work for my use, but I ran into other issues. So did not use, yet. I'm thinking, now, that they might be useable as a quick way to mount shelves to a wall. Haven't tried it yet, but they're certainly strong enough. Great little addition to my "possible use" bin.

Missing screws
The product did not come with enough screws for each bracket; however, Amazon credited me the difference for the brackets I couldn’t use to offset my cost for purchasing new screws.

Just what I needed!
I was adding a support to my bed frame and needed to duplicate the hardware that came with my West Elm bed. These were identical to those that came with my bed and worked great! Only one caveat though. Don't waste your time with the cheap screws that come with them. They are really weak and break easily. Pick-up a pack of stronger screws and save yourself the headache of drilling out broken screws. Otherwise, I highly recommend these and would buy again!

Where have these been all my life?
I have lost count of how many times my queen bed slats have fallen, even after I screwed them in.These metal brackets took less than 20 minutes to install, and securely shore up the slats/heavy mattresses.
