Great Discovery; Great Buy; Almost no assembly needed
I'm in my 70's ... wrestling a garden hose to water my gardens, now difficult.This is an answer to prayers. Easy assembly (mostly done, except for foot brace and connecting leader hose.) 10 minutes, max, no tools.Operation is flawless. Pull hose to water. Pump foot pedal to retract. Done and done.

Hose keeps blasting off the connection
This product worked fine for a few weeks, then the hose kept ejecting from the unit. I have to keep putting the hose back on and it lasts about 5 minutes then the hose blows completely off the unit. I contacted the company twice with no response. Not very good customer service for a very expensive unit. Not happy :(

Very good but I is plastic so I wouldn’t move it too much. But overall good product

Works really good most of the time
I really wanted one that rolled up by itself, battery operated, but couldn't find one, so I purchased this one and I really like it. It is easy to roll up by the pedal. Once in a while somehow part of the hose gets beneath another part of the hose and it is hard to get unrolled, but that doesn't happen very often. I use this twice a day watering my horses and it has never failed. I was dragging 50 ft. of hose to the troughs and dragging it out of the pens and was totally sick of that. I think even if the battery operated ones do come available I don't think I will purchase one as this one works very well and is easy to use.

After 2 years of very light use (once every week or 2) the reel failed to retract when the pedal was pressed.I contacted the seller who told me to check the hose clamp at the end of the reel for tightness.That did not help. I then contacted the manufacturer (Sunzi) in Illinois and they told me to check the belt assembly, which required totally disassembling the reel mechanism. I could find no obvious issues with it.They next told me they would have an "engineer" call me back to address the problem.That was 3 weeks ago. No callback.I now have a $110 hose that I can't even use with buying another hose end.TERRIBLE product, and WORSE customer service.

Easy to wind, lightweight, yet durable
Love this so much. Ordered first from HSN. The pedal did quit working after maybe 3 summers? I was so bummed that I had to track it down and get another. Takes up a small space yet the hose reaches to all areas on either side of the house. So incredibly fast and easy to wind back up. Worth the price even having to replace.

Excellent Hose Reel
We had bought two of theses last year and loved them. The hose is very easy to roll in. We bought another two this fall because we needed more hose reels to water sod. All four have worked very well.

wonderful hose reel
I was hesitant to purchase this because it was so inexpensive compared to the other reels Plus, it even came with the hose. It is easy to move around, unreels easily and winding it up with the foot pedal is effortless.
