I use this regularly. You can make a really simple meal with dumping a bunch of spices in it. A squeeze of lemon makes it perfect.I like to add thyme, oregano, basil, a small pinch of red pepper flakes, ground pepper, And a pinch of cumin. Overload it with the spices and you've got a healthy dish. The lemon makes it tasty and zingy and it's really great.It's really easy to make because you just put olive oil in there and heat it till boiling, then put in the grains and turn off the heat. In 5 minutes it's ready.The quality of the grain is also nice. The only thing I don't like about it is it has this plastic bag container that kind of statically clings to the grains.

I have been using couscous for more than a decade. I like the taste of it and cooks way faster than brown rice (BR). It has got more protein too. The stores where I use to buy stopped carrying it so I turned to Amazon. Lately, I'm conscious about its lower carbohydrates than BR due to my pre-diabetic A1C.

I started buying this product years ago because I was looking for couscous that was organic. I was also impressed by the value of the price versus other brands. It's become a household staple since my original purchase. I regularly get two boxes because it's so easy to toss together couscous as a tasty side dish or mix-in with lunch or dinner. The first time I made couscous, I couldn't understand what the big fuss was about it because I followed the package directions and it tasted like raw dough to me. Then, while watching an episode of PBS' Cooks Country one day, they mentioned toasting couscous before proceeding. It was love at first taste after I toasted it and I've done that ever since. 365's organic couscous is a flavorful semolina.

Not quite as tasty as a more expensive brand I used to buy but put in enough garlic etc. and who can tell?

It took off immediately and I've made several loaves of bread from it.

I used this product to make a healthy Mediterranean Salad. Honestly, since I've made it, I'm eating leftovers 3 times a day. I can't stay out of it, haha!!!The Couscous stands up nicely to the vegetables even at the Leftover Stage.
