Amazing Protein Source!!
I have always been hesitant when it comes to canned food, especially very pungent foods such as fish. However, I was encouraged to try sardines due to their high protein content and Omega-3 Fatty Acids. What I particularly love is that they are packed in extra virgin olive oil, ensuring top-tier quality along with their already nutritious benefits. Unlike tuna, sardines have a milder taste, making them easier to eat and even more delicious. Additionally, each can I've opened contains 4-5 pieces of sardines, which is amazing considering the value I paid for them.I also give some pieces of sardines to my dog as treats, and he always comes running back for more. I truly appreciate the quality and price of these sardines and will definitely purchase them again in the future!

If I could have put Zero for the star. I would have. The old package and new package is totally misleading and should be taken off your site. The sardines are completely different from what was in the old package. The taste is HORRIBLE. Unfortunately, I cannot return this item. 😠 😡 🤢 🤕 🤮

Great Source of Calcium!
I don't particularly care for sardines, but I need more good sources of calcium so I thought I would give these a try. In my thorough calcium research online, I found that taking calcium pills can cause a multitude of issues; harmful to kidneys, causes hardening of arteries, calcium spurs, and so on. I need more calcium, so I will eat these two to three times per week.My husband gets this brand from Costco without bones and skin and I actually enjoy them. However, if I'm going to eat sardines, I want the full effect of calcium. These are pretty good! I put them on top of my wild rice and veggie stir-fry.
