Great starter system for detailing your car and keeping it looking great
This is my first attempt at detailing. Works very well, car looks like new. I did a clay bar, then the compound, polish, and finally wax. Gave it 5 stars, only a couple of negatives. Where the speed settings is located in the handle it is difficult to adjust the speed once you turn it on. You can't see the speed with out lifting it off the car, which u don't want to do. But after you you use it for a while u kinda guess the speed by how much vibration you have. So all in all this is a great starter for someone doing their own car and does not want to invest a lot of money. You get three pads, but u will need more lol. Ask around and find the place where the car detailers buy their stuff. It is not at your local auto parts store.

Buffering done right.
The buffer worked as it was advertised. It was a bit heavier than I expected but I was still able to use it on flat surfaces of the car with one hand (not recommended). The seven-inch buffers covered a lot of surface that helped speed up the buffering process. The buffer quality was very good, it gave my 23-year-old car a nice shine, but that does not mean it was able to negate the need for the car to get a new paint job, but at least it gives it some protection and shine until that be arranged. The 10-foot cord length was not really sufficient to get all the way around the car, you will still need to use an extension cord. Overall, it comes recommended for a variable speed buffer that gets the job done.

Works surprisingly good!
Used it with some cutting compound to buff out some paint swirls on a Benz. Cleared up some old headlights. Going to try it on an old oxidized truck to see if I can make it look a little better. If I remember to take before and after pics - I will upload them later. I uploaded the pictures from trying to buff out this 91 Mitsubishi. Used with cutting compound and the buffer i was able to restore some shine to this old truck that has been sitting out in the weather for the past 20 years. The picture of the shell shows a corner I had not completed yet. This polisher cut the time by way more than half. Never got hot and worked it hard for a few hours with just a few minutes for a break.

Great product and amazing customer service
If I were to recommend a product to a friend, the three things I will look for:1. A good quality product.2. Warranty3. Customer ServiceThis product far exceeded my expectations on all three of these which is very rare. I received the polisher, opened the box and I can tell it's a solid build. I used it on two of my cars and it worked like a champ. I used the pads that came along and didn't have a single issues with those. I can tell why this polisher has thousands of positive feedback from various customers.I opened the box, and got a card to register my product for 6 months additional warranty on top of 2 year warranty that it already came with. I registered it and now I have 2 and a half year warranty on it, which is not common even with many named brands. The customer service rep was friendly and within hours sent me a confirmation email for extra warranty. I was impressed with their service so far.Next day, I used it for the first time. During my first use I broke the handle on the polisher. This was due to mishandling on my end, and I couldn't use it anymore without it. I reached out to the customer service again to order the handle and pay for it as long as I receive the original part. To my surprise, the reply I got was they have shipped out a new handle to me without any charge. No questions asked and $0.5 days later, I received the part in mail. I opened the box, and it turned out I was sent a wrong part. I was sent a pad base plate, instead of the handle that I needed. I reached out to their customer service again, offering to send the base plate back and ask them to send me the handle. They got back to me with another tracking number of handle that was shipped out at no charge without asking to return the base plate that was already sent to me.I am glad that I picked this product and already personally recommended to a lot of friends. There are some other similar polishers that look the same and are few bucks cheaper than this, but it worth paying a bit extra and have a piece of mind that this company will go out of its way to help you if you have any issue with their product.

It works, just dont expect a lot.
As other reviews mentioned, its noisy. Definitely louder than I think it needs to be. (Just for reference, I am very experienced with most if not all power tools, both corded and battery powered) It works though and does what I needed it to.The pads are meh, you're better off swapping them out.Its also fairly heavy for what it is. I have a corded angle grinder (which is essentially what this is but with a polishing pad set up) and my grinder is lighter than this and quieter despite having more power. It also vibrates a ton, even with the added grab handle, this little thing vibrated as much as my gas powered weed whacker. All in all though, what are you expecting at this price with a random off-brand? You shouldn't expect a lot, that way you'll at least not feel like you wasted your money. It polishes and I think is a good budget option for someone who's not looking to use this thing on a daily or even weekly basis.Another thing to think about, I mainly got this to remove hard water spots on my windows, the pad size being larger does mean it wont fit into corners very well. For that I just used a 3inch pad with an adapter for a regular drill.(Sud factory water spot remover is worth it, it removed spots so bad that I could barely see at night, these were baked on by the Hawaii sun for years but you'll need to run this on max speed or pick something with higher rpms for best results, this polisher couldn't really cut it but I think helped get larger areas of the windows for me).
