Great for those wanting to watch their sodium intake. It is fine, but still a little grittier which I really like. And it makes food taste wonderful. This is my salt. It has iodine which is so important to your thyroid. I definitely notice a difference in my life when using this salt. Seriously. For a little while it was unavailable and I bought other iodized salt, but I definitely could not wait to order this salt again!!

I have been using this salt for at least 3 years now and I love it! This sea salt with iodine is in a glass bottle and that makes it a fantastic product as I am trying to avoid plastic. Sea salt is less processed than table salt and it should retain trace minerals naturally found in seawater. Table salt often contains additives and this salt doesn't have any!The glass bottle is wasy to use and looks good in the kitchen. The sea salt itself is of high quality, and I think it brings a robust flavor to any dish. The added iodine is a beneficial feature. Highly recommended!

Tastes wonderful and so great to have iodine in my sea salt! I have been using it the past few days liberally on all my food and seriously I have more energy and slept better than I have my whole life. My poor thyroid has not been getting the nutrients I needed for the past couple decades when all this fancy no iodine salt came onto the market. I love fancy salt and so pleased to see it with my new favorite ingredient- iodine.Highly recommend!

The main issue I have is with the inside lid of the jar. It is very securely placed and I cannot remove it. I have had to stick a knife into it to try to cut a chunk off so I can pour this into my salt shakers. Which doesn't feel safe to do, but it's the only way it seems.
