The chocolates don’t have the usual gloss
I’m a big fan of Neuhaus chocolates which I usually buy from a Neuhaus counter.I have bought this box for Valentine’s Day but we have only opened it today (expiry date June 2019).I was really disappointed to see that the chocolates in the box don’t have the usual gloss. Funny enough there’s a booklet inside the box that tells you to observe the chocolate and look for the gloss. The box was damaged on the side but you could only see it once it’s open and there is no plastic protection so I guess that explains how the air got in.We have only tried one chocolate, it doesn’t have a bad taste but it doesn’t taste as fresh as the ones you get from the store.

expires on 30th july
These chocolates expire 30th of july which is not that far away!!! It should be stated somewhere in my oppinion or even the price should be reduced since it is almost expired product.
