5 Triple Crown Thornless Blackberry Plants-Produce Sweet Blackberries-Zones: 5-9

Black berries arrived end of February 2025. I planted each starter plant in a medium pot and set them outside where they will be planted in ground next year. They have tripled in size in 3 months and are thriving great here in Oregon zone 8. They won’t produce fruit until the second year. I will be ordering again next year.

Arrived on time nice looking plants flourishing

Root plugs were about 2 inches round and three inches long, moist looked good. Plants leaves were mostly red and green. Took about two weeks to turn solid green all are growing well and putting on a lot of new leaves. Are on my buy from preferred list. If I need more. Tried a different vendor for another variety and root plugs were half the size.

Very well packaged delivery was quick and would buy again

They were very small. All packed together in a clump. But look healthy and strong, gotta have a green thumb to raise them. Not for the novice gardeners.

The soil plugs were well packed. Held up well in packaging and were handled without kit gloves. When juggling the yard knife, shovel, nutrients, special soil and a seedling… these plugs made the job simple.The roots were approximately growing and healthy. None were root bound or needed work before placing in the ground. Free from any signs of disease or infestation.Two days later there is no sign of shock. All of the seedlings are happy, healthy and already doing their thing.Great quality, simple process, pardon the pun. Just buy these plugs, plant and grow. Best looking ones I have ordered all season.

I had a minor greenhouse fiasco and lost all my new blackberry bushes. I didn't want to wait until next Spring to replant, so I ordered these in the heat of Summer. I kept them watered, used a foliar-applied OMRI certified fertilizer, and hoped. 2 months later, they took off, putting out canes and even some blossoms! They were small, but they were mighty, and did not disappoint!

The plants were healthy and the roots look alive. But they were TINY TINY!!! .. only four or maybe five inches tall. For the price I would have expected more. Maybe there will be fruit on them when my 9 and 10 year old grandkids are college graduates.
