This calf stretcher works well!
This product does what it says and stretches the calf muscle thus helping achillies tendon.I use mine for long car journeys (as a passenger!) and find that I don't struggle when getting out of the car to get legs moving as they have not stiffened up.I would recommend.

Very effective.
After only using this for a week it relieved my plantar fasciitis pain in my foot.I have been doing the exercise (5 × 20 second sessions in a continuous row leaving 3 seconds between each 20 seconds) daily now for 3 weeks and the pain has 95% gone.So this does not require alot of time or effort to do the exercise. The only downside is the size of this is quite small for someone like me with UK size 9 feet.My toes overhang slightly. You are advised to wear a shoe whilst using this as the strecher is made of hard plastic.Even with the small size this has worked for me and the price is very cheap.I would strongly recommend this if you suffer with plantar fasciitis.

Stretch that Calf
Really struggling with Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot currently and having developed tight calves, twitching calf muscles I decided to purchase this rocker and to stretch my calves using that. The product is sturdy, it has some grip on the bottom to stop the rocker slipping about (I use mine on hard wood flooring with no movement) and has a heel tab that prevents your foot from slipping when stretching.I tend to do two different types of stretch, I put one foot in and lift the other from the ground, I lean forward and just lightly press against the wall for balance, this REALLY does give the calves a very good stretch. The other I do is then putting my other foot back on the ground a good yard or so back and kind of hinge at the hips and this gives the back of the knee, into the hamstrings a good stretch also.I try to do this for a couple of minutes each time and aim for a couple of times a day. After stretching it does make my plantar feel a lot less painful but it still does return at some point. hopefully it's just a slow burner and all this stretching is helping, I want to get back to running!

This doesn’t help plantar fasciitis
It’s so uncomfortable, I rather do these stretches on the stairs. Not worth the money I’m returning it back ! It actually puts more pressure on my calf’s , doesn’t help plantar fasciitis at all.

The ball is the real treatment here
I didn't rate the calf stretcher but the ball with the spikes on that came with it did wonders for my plantar fascitis.
