Install was a bit tricky at first, but overall it's great!
I attached this retractable tonneau cover to my 2017 F150 and am very happy with it!I had an overland-style rack already mounted, and I really struggled with installing this thing until I decided to completely remove the rack.Once the rack was out and I was dealing with an empty bed, install was a breeze. The tonneau cover itself looks great, retracts easily and has two locks to keep it secure.I also love that it has t-slots so that I can mount racks and other accessories to the rails on the sides of the bed. It's a fantastic value and really works as advertised!

Easy installation. Worth the money!
Purchased for my wife’s truck, and she helped install it also. Great product, and it installed easier than expected.

Good cover past 3 years would recommend!
Update #3: I have owned the cover for 3 years. Great cover - no new issues so far. It still rolls well, stays dry under. As noted in my #2 update aside from the plastic trim parts - no issues. No highway noises or rattles. Still recommend!Update #2: I have owned the cover for 2.5 years now. It had continued to be a great cover for the truck. The plastic end parts have rotted in the sun, and there are some spares in the kit to replace them with. I added some foam weather strip to make it more dust and water resistant at the seam where the cover meets the tailgate. It’s still waterproof, rolls, and works well. It’s a little tight at the container when you roll it in. So it feels nice up until the last 7 inches then gets tight. I would still recommend - you cannot go wrong!Update: SyneticUSA reached out and offered to make it right with some replacement weather stripping and replacement parts. I appreciate their customer support. I still recommend the cover and having been through several rain storms the cover does keep the water out well. A few drips here and there between the slats but that is kind of expected. Highway driving you cannot hear it moving. You will not be sorry buying this based on my experience.Previous review: I installed this into a 2018 F150 with short bed. I do like the cover overall. However for $800 there are some quality issues with the cover that need to be addressed. I do recommend the cover, but you need to know what you will get.I do like the overall finish and packaging was excellent. Looks like it’s all aluminum and stainless steel where you need it.First, one of the seals on the end of the rails was cracked out of the box. It was clear that during assembly they cracked it when putting the screws in. No replacement parts for that in the box.A bigger issue is the packaging flattened the weather stripping on the rails, and those flat bits allow water in. It happens on both rails - 2 places in the middle and on both ends. I am buying some weather stripping to try and fix this, but again for $800 i should not need to do that. Also the tailgate seal is poor. Almost good, but it needs to be longer to make a better seal or use a flap that can be flexed outward. I am buying seal for that too to see if it can improve it.And as everyone has said the instructions are not great. There were components and parts in the box that do not have any reference In the instructions. I like how there were some extra seal, but where do I use it?MAKE SURE YOU GET THE PARTS BOX FROM THE CARDBOARD INSERT HOLDING THE CANISTER. This is a piece under the cover flap made of cardboard honey comb. This box holds the big tube spouts for the canister and if you did not look for it you will miss it. They are all in the box, just make sure you get them before throwing out the packaging.Use the video they attach to the instructions on the QR code to show how to install the rails. Make sure the aluminum block on the rails sit by the plastic on the case. This will make sense when you get the cover.I made a video of installing this cover and will be posting it shortly to YT and here to help. The cover does a decent job overall and is nice so far. I will submit updates as we use it.

Easy to install
I have had 3 different aluminum sliding covers. I paid a heck of a lot more for them. This cover is excellent.and rivals any of the more expensive covers. While dual locks offer more security. I would like to see a cover that just locks via the tailgate. I believe this company makes one, but it costs more. This is a fantastic cover.

Nice cover
Great product but ask a professional to install. Directions were not very clear. Took us almost 6 hrs to install. Sturdy and doesn’t leak.

This fits perfectly and looks great, too.
This retractable bed cover fits perfectly. It took approximately three hours to complete (no way can get from A to Z in an hour) but it was ultimately simple to do. I didn't even have to ask my girlfriend to help. She'd be the one who the IKEA boss would say "give that one to Magda to do" and let that guy (me) watch. But I was able to put it together with no issue.I think it looks really good too. I'm not a huge fan of top locking caps design (two each side - toward rear window) but I think is worth the cost compromise because the Ford equivalent, installed, is approximately 2k.In the end I am very pleased with this retractable bed cover and glad I decided to go this route (vs Ford accessory).

High quality retractable cover
I have a "Roll n Lock" on my other F-150 and I put this product better than the R & L. It took me about an hour to install it with the help of my neighbor. The fit and finish on the product is very nice, and I mean it is really nice. I like the dual locks on this unit vs my other single lock using a rod. The cover panels are high quality and not covered with some vinyl type stuff like my other unit. The instructions are a bit lacking but if you have any mechanical skills, it will all make sense when you start. (I would suggest the company make a youtube install video!!) After washing the truck, I had a few drips toward the tail gate, but to me that is super acceptable as I don't think you could ever get it 100% water tight, lets be real. Even my roll n lock leaks. The drains were easy to install and work very good. I was impressed to see a small bag of future replacement (wear) parts and the extra set of keys. For $800.00 don't hesitate to purchase this cover and jump on it before the price goes up to the $1,400.00 competitors prices.Dirk

Absolutely perfect
If you are like me and live in Texas trucks are a big thing. But so is weather. I installed this product last night, aside from the not so clear instructions, it was a pretty simple and straightforward install. Products like this usually cost between $14-$1800 so for $800 this is a hell of a deal. It seems to be top quality and a perfect fit for the truck. I even had my girlfriend sit on top of it to test the durability, and the slats didn’t even bow or bend. I will say, I do hate having a left and right key. I would much rather have one key unlock both sides. But if this is the only flaw that I personally have, I will deal with it especially with the awesome price.
