Terrific Sight for the Money
If you are looking for a lightweight sight for a bow that you are not planning on beating around then this is an excellent choice and value. I have seen some reviews knock this sight for it being too fragile, but I am not buying that it should fail under any reasonable use scenario. Is it possible that some come with manufacturers defects and are more inclined to break than others? I suppose so, but I have owned three of them now and have yet to have any quality issues. If you are looking for a sight that is super easy to adjust and very rugged, there are undoubtedly better (also heavier/more expensive) choices out there. However, I think that for the vast majority of bow hunters this is a nice, lightweight sight that has bright pins and will be there when they need it. Highly recommended.

Good and bright, may need adjustments.
The sight is a reasonable price and has all that the bowhunter needs. Adjustments are made with Allen wrenches. There are adjustments of up/down and left/right for the entire bracket and up/down for individual pins. There is no individual left/right for the pins. It came in black with a soft feel to it and has four fiber optic pins. Two things of note: when I installed the sight and tried to sight it in, I could not get the bracket low enough to line up. Therefore I had to reverse the bracket to point down instead of up. This required moving the sight pins and their fiber optics out of the bracket and re-install them opposite. Then I was able to sight it in and get the bracket low enough. The Truglo logo is upside down, but who cares. The other issue is the brightness of the lights. I found the extra light eminating from the fiber optics (other than the pins) to be distracting, so I put black electrical tape over certain portions of the sight to hide the glow. The pins glow brightly when the light is turned on and provide great clarity in low light conditions. However, in the last 5-10 minutes of daylight (or first light) the glow is too bright to see through the peep sight. But at that point, nothing will work to allow you to see a deer through your peep sight anyway.

Excellent Sight for the Money!!!
For the price, this sight cannot be beat. It is the best value for an archery sight that I found when searching for a new sight (I desperately needed to replace mine) and I would buy another one. Easy to install, easy to adjust when sighting in, and the light is an excellent addition, not too dim, not too bright. The camo pattern of the sight is also a nice touch. Looks good on my 2011 model Quest Hammer, but more importantly, it gets the job done. I am very satisfied with this purchase, and you will be, too. I wanted a quality sight, but also wanted to keep the price I paid for it relative to the price I paid for the bow. With this sight, I was able to do that.

Truglo Carbon XS 4-pin
I just received the sight today and installed it as easily as any other sight. I did have to purchase two bolts to attach it as the bracket is slightly thicker than my previous sight. The Carbon XS sighted in quickly and I love the .19 pins. They gather light well and the built in light is like icing on the cake. You can't go wrong with this sight, especially for the price. This sight is very light weight as well. I have already recommended the sight to a buddy in search of a complete new set up. (He shouldn't have run his last bow over with his truck). Nice work TRUGLO!!!

I like the versatility to adjust
I like the versatility to adjust. I like the fiber optic sight pins. Seems to be well made. The batteries in the sight were all bad and corroded. Had a heck of a time getting them out to replace. Should probably pack to batteries separately. Also if I lay the bow on the side with the light...the weight of the bow will turn the light on. So far I've noticed this and not run the batteries down, but I'm sure I will sometime. I'm probably going to just get rid of the light. I tried using it in dim light and the pins are very visible but I can't see my target

Worst sight in the history of man kind
Worst sight in the history of man kind!! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!! From a price standpoint its great, but that's where the positives end. It is really flimsy, and any sort of pressure and it flexes or bends. It does not hold its setting. I sighted in and was shooting great groups even out to 70 yds. The next day I shoot, its off by 1ft left and 1ft down. I say WTF, re sight it in, the very next day the same thing. I had it on my bow in a case, pulled it out of the case the same thing, shot a foot off. I was hunting in some pretty cold conditions,(7 degrees) and had it in the truck all night, I'm wondering if the cold weather made it contract and that's why it was off each day. Not really sure, but if I looked down the bow from the upper limb at my sight, I could see that it was all crooked. I assure you that none of the crews were loose or any of that. It was seemingly curling out to the right because of the cold weather?? So much so, that each day I had to adjust it, I eventually ran out of adjustment, the sight was all the way to the left, past the end of the windage adjustment. I eventually just had to aim to the left to compensate. The sight is cheap, but had great reviews, so I figured I'd try it. Its very poorly made, and you can easily flex it in any direction you want, with very little pressure. I'm sure that if you ever dropped your bow, the thing would snap right off. Piece of absolute crap. At the end of the day I can only blame myself for trying to save a little dough, It cost me animals, and took away my confidence. I made a very poor decision in making this purchase.

Light Weight Entry Level Sight
Bought this sight for its lightweight to mount to my crossbow. Upon initial inspection noticed there was no bubble in the bubble level of the sight, also the vertical and horizontal adjustment bars for the sight have no index marking for making fine adjustments to the sight. The lack of the index markings will make sighting in a little more of a chore to accomplish. Fiber optics are bright and the light is sure to help in the low light conditions. The push button on the light is a little bit of a pain to turn on and off. Gave two stars because of the issues listed above. Will purchase a better sight if I am able to make a mount to mount the sight on the front of my crossbow.
