Excellent product. Perfect for hand embroidery

Below is my first review - I must add that the Customer Service has been absolutely outstanding. I had not expected to hear back from the company. They immediately replied, giving advice on how to help the stiff screws and advising that they will pass this on to further improve the product. Very happy customer, simply because of the quality of their customer service!You cannot fault them due to the great price. They do the necessary job just fine but feel a tiny bit thinner. The srew for tightening is very stiff - I used a screw driver.

Good selection of sizes in the pack. Although I have not used them yet they appear well made

Have used the ring over the last three days with no issues. Came back to the work today to find the it was broken at the rivet joints. It had been carefully placed flat on the work table so should not have happened.Company were very quick to respond and replaced the product immediately. Excellent customer service

I love my set of hoops. Holds the fabric tight enough for you to work with. Easy to use. And the edges are smooth

Good size variety, but the screws for tightening and loosening the hoop frame are very stiff and at an odd angle for ease of adjustment.
