Does the skin come out crispy or soft?

It’s not quite as crisp as cooking in oven or stovetop but crisp enuf and soooooo much faster. U cd. always throw it back into oven or skillet for a while but I’m happy with the way it comes out. Also good for yams, espec. if u don’t eat the skin.

No quilting in the field of the cloth but well made and works well in the microwave.

Does the bag get dirty...and how do you clean it?

Hi WKT, Since the potatoes are washed real good it will probably be a while before it needs cleaning it can be washed I would hand wash

How many potatoes can you cook at one time?

I only cook for myself, so one is all I do at a time, & it is perfect, but I imagine the size would tell you how many you can bake and just trying it out
