Don’t buy unless you’re looking for static work.
Not long enough to actually take more than one or two steps under tension. Almost entirely useless, can’t even do your first three steps of a sprint. Can’t do over speed training as you would almost immediately hit a wall.Would only be useful if you have a training partner.
