Exact replacement for burned out fixture
Price was significantly better here on Amazon than anywhere else. It took a few days to arrive but I was fine with that considering how much I saved. In my case, I left the original housing in the attic and just replaced the motor and mount and cover which took all of 5 minutes. This model is not the most efficient nor silent exhaust fan available but is perfect for a guest bathroom that doesn’t get used all of the time.

Easy Install and Perfect Fit
I replaced my 20 year old AS50 and this new model was a perfect fit and super easy to install. Took less than 5 minutes. Much quieter and seems to clear the moisture faster as well.

Perfect replacement for existing Air King fan
I had a couple of Air King fans that were slowly dying so I purchased a couple of these for their guts and just replaced them that way instead of replacing the whole unit. Worked great and I have operating fans again!

Easy replacement

Worked perfectly
I needed the motor assembly and bracket as the fan in our bathroom had gone out. Looked everywhere locally and couldn't find the correct size and orientation. I ordered this unit as it looked to be correct, and it was! Took less than 5 minutes to install. Works fine and it is much quieter than the previous fan that it replaced, even though they were both rated the same.

Worked well and fit properly. Only issue was packaging was damaged and two fins on the cover were broken.
