Should come stock!
Instant upgrade from OEM speakers. Speakers are loud, full of bass, and surprisingly clear. Took me about 10 minutes changing out of my 2020 Ram 1500 Classic.

Great treble, fantastic value
I bought several comparable speakers from multiple brands, including Kicker's own higher-end series, and these gave me exactly what I wanted: sharp and balanced treble.I had told myself that if I couldn't find a speaker that makes me happy with the factory amps in my Jeep (Alpine), I'd go ahead and replace everything, which I desperately wanted to avoid, given how complex modern infotainment systems are (I didn't want to lose any features/functionality). I'm actually very happy with what these did to the sound. The factory woofers and subwoofer in the Jeep are adequate for my tastes, these just gave me the extra treble and clarity I wanted that the paper Alpine cones couldn't offer. I'm perfectly content stopping here, which is great because I've been in the full-bore aftermarket audio game and I was never satisfied relative to the money and time I put into it.If you're looking for a sharper, hotter, active and detailed midrange and treble, this series of Kicker should serve you very well for a good price. If you want a laid-back sound, I can recommend Memphis Audio (soft but also mid-forward) and PowerBass S-series (all around warm and soft sound). For me, this is the best speaker for my tastes, and they happened to be amongst the cheapest I tried.Good job as usual, Kicker!

Sounds absolutely amazing over stock speakers
Installed them into my dash on my 87 mustang ssp coupe. They fit-barely. But they do fit (depth). I am absolutely stunned by how much better they sound then the factory speakers. I’m currently running a Sony CarPlay double din, no external amp. Literally transformed the entire car, for such little guys. I don’t have a harness going between my doors, as it’s a full manual no options car, so running door speakers was not an option. Would buy again! Bass is good for little speakers, but the high end is amazing.

Fits and sounds good. Locating holes don't align with pins in truck.
Fit and worked well in the front center dash of my gen 13 f150. I had to rotate it 180 degrees from its intended direction as the locating pins did not align properly with the holes and install screws. I have no concern that there will be any slippage issues, it fits very well.

Sounds Great On Stock RAM 2500 !
I've been into Car Audio since the 1990s. The first thing I've always done on a stock system that sounds good is replace the muddy sounding dash speakers, mids and highs are present.A great value for improving sound quick and in less than 20 minutes. The people who return this item must not know what they are doing.
