Clairol Natural Instincts, 9 / 2 Sahara Light Blonde, Semi-Permanent Hair Color, 1 Kit

This product was old and discolored-the creme had turned to a brown with specks of a darker brown in it. When I squeezed the bottle to see if it would come out of the applicator the applicator bottle broke like an eggshell. This product was out of date and deteriorated. It was useless to me and I paid to have it go down the sink. I have never had this happen to me with a Clairol product. I would like my money returned to me.

I love that this is "semi-permanent." I am using a color not recommended for my formerly light brown hair, but the effect is to hide most, but not all the gray, and give a natural, somewhat frosted appearance, with no roots. Way cheaper and less time-consuming than going to a hairdresser.

Clairol has replaced its "Sahara" color with this "Light Blonde" update, and I really wish they hadn't. This one is quite dull, in my opinion, compared to "Sahara's" lighter highlights. Please, oh please, bring back "Sahara"!

I followed directions precisely and was shocked when I looked in the mirror to see it had not done a thing to cover the grey.

This is a bad product. It made no difference to the color of my grey hair and is overpriced.

I've tried this product a couple of times and despite leaving it on for double the amount of time, it does not cover the small patches of white/gray hair at my temples.

Did not add any blonde color at all to my platinum color hair. Waste of time and money, but at least it arrived fast.

Hard to know the shade on line. Next time will buy I will the next shade darker.
