I want to like it, but...

I want to like this umbrella because it looks really nice, but I had to have the first one replaced, arrived damaged, when purchased late summer 2019, amazon process/company was super easy allowing me to do so. But now this second one has been up 1 month in 2020 and the stiching on one of the sewn in boots that hold the canopy on the frame has come undone. Attached image. I do not know what recourse I have at this point, if any.

Love these umbrellas, wI have bought 4, with the winds up here they get knocked over and one of the stems break but love the width of the 11' umbrella

Love umbrella went to put away for winter and found two rips in it. We take good care of this umbrella, It is just the two of us and have limited income so we treasure everything we have. We are very disappointed.

NOT OLEFIN OR SUNBRELLA MATERIAL , BUT I WILL SCOTCHGARD IT WITH UV PROTECTION SPRAY.HOPE TO LAST A COUPLE OF SEASONS. LIGHTS ARE GREAT. AND OPENING AND CLOSING IT IS EASY.
