It mixes well with my coffee. There’s no taste to it and I’ve had it every day for about three weeks. I noticed that I’m more money regular. As a matter of fact, I go to the bathroom a few times in the day. It seems to keep my digestive track clear. No gas, no bloating. Which is what I wanted it to do.

I used this as required for a prebiotic fiber for making L.Reuteri yogurt. I was very pleased with the results and will continue to use this to improve my digestive enzymes in my intestinal tract.

I’ve been using this product for years and will continue to do so as long as this formula is available! It dissolves perfectly and helps keep me on track with digestion, especially on those days when I don’t eat quite right. I also like that the serving size scooper is small compared to other fiber products and it is completely tasteless and odorless with no clumping.

This product has no taste. I actually add it to my smoothie. I add Blueberries, Grape Cranberry Juice, ice and spinach, or Beets. It tastes good and it mixes very well.

I may have wrote a review prior to this but now I know what I want to say. This is my 7 jar I just got today. A couple months ago I tried something different I don’t know why lol.I immediately went back to this one. The other did not work as good. I always had trouble with my stomach, bloating, sickness, just bad feeling. When I started this I noticed a bit of difference but if you hang in there it works. My belly is not bloated any longer my sick feeling is gone. This is the best.

After reading countless reviews, I decided to give this a try. I ordered it back in April and have used it daily for over a month. As long as you shake whatever liquid you put it in very well, it doesn’t get a grainy texture. There is no smell to it, there is no taste to it, I always just added it to my water in the morning. It is pricey for the amount that you’re getting but the reviews led me to believe it was worth it.A month and a half later, I started dealing with some serious bloating, swelling in my feet and then my face. I’ve never had this issue before, nothing has changed in my diet, labs came back normal. The only thing new was this prebiotic powder. I stopped taking the prebiotic for a week and noticed a significant difference in the symptoms I was having. When I inquired about why this would cause the bloating/swelling, I was told it’s probably the ingredients. I decided to look into the ingredients on the package and there weren’t really any. Then I read a review about lack of transparency from this particular company..Would I buy this again? No. Would I recommend this to someone? No. Are there better brands out there with quality/quantity to match the price? Yes. Health products aren’t a one size fits all- not saying everyone will experience these symptoms but if you’ve been using this and notice bloating and swelling, you’re not alone. Stop taking it immediately!!

Just got it. This may be a good product, but the colors used on the jar make it very difficult to read the instructions etc.
