Very nice. Hard back shell, Vinyl cover with magnetic closure and shutoff of the tablet. Perfect fit. It is a little hard to hold while lying in bed. I ended up getting a LoveHandle (see below) for it. Makes it so much easier to hold.Revised: Dropped to 4 stars. After having this case for just a few months the plastic corners that clip around the tablet are breaking off in pieces. It still retains the tablet but leaves jagged edges to scrape your hand. The unit has not been dropped, nor is it ever removed from the case to cause this damage. It's just cheap brittle plastic. This case was good at first but does not last long. The flip cover and magnet closed flap was a nice feature. It also fits my tablet perfectly. The only problem was that the edges completely broke off in just 2 months.

it works well to protect your tablet. it fits perfectly. the cover keeps it protected. i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the stand collapses easily. the front flap works great as a cover but is too weak to support the weight of tablet causing it to fall easily.

Superb fit for this model of Asus Memo Pad but I nearly decided to return it after 10 minutes wrestling with the stand. However I have found that when I have problems with gadgets that have been given a high rating on Amazon, it is because there is some basic point I haven't grasped. In this case it was that the magnetic clasp on the leading edge of the flap is not just to keep the flap closed across the screen. When you fold the flap to make up a stand and place the leading edge firmly into the appointed groove, the magnetic clasp is pulled down into the groove presumably by some metal concealed in the material. Such an obvious point once you see it.The product is worth 5 stars but I have docked a star for the embarrassment. Some instructions would have been nice for idiots like me.

Brilliant case. Looks much more expensive than it was. Would not hesitate to recommend this.
