Excellent illustrated book for calisthenics, suitable for all skill levels.
I found this calisthenics book to be an excellent resource that is suitable for both beginners and those at an advanced level. It is well-organized and provides clear, step-by-step instructions for a wide range of techniques. I appreciate that the book is easy to navigate, which makes it easy to find what you're looking for quickly. I can go straight to the technique I want to learn, which saves me time and allows me to get started right away. Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to improve their calisthenics skills.

The Only Fitness Book That Actually Changed My Routine
Iโve tried countless fitness guides, but this is the first one that gave me a clear, progressive path I could stick toโno gimmicks, just real results using my own bodyweight; itโs now the backbone of my daily training and has genuinely transformed how I view strength.

Useful reference book
Since buying this book nine months ago, I've come back to it many times as a reference source. It's a thorough listing of exercises and programmes for calisthenics, which the author has clearly put immense amounts of time and effort into creating. It works well as a reference book to use as you develop your calisthenics routines.The reason I've given it four stars, not five, is because I sometimes find it hard to navigate. At 300+ pages, one is unlikely to read the book cover to cover, so an index would be a useful addition to locate specific information.

Informative
Great book to use as a guide and information. Very clear and concise and is very good at setting out how to perform each exercise correctly and safely for best results. Handy pictorial guides as well, with progressive work out programmes at the back. This book is versatile enough for you to easily make up your own programmes based on your fitness/experience level and progression requirements if desired. Well worth the money.

I really enjoyed this book. Ashley has a great way of breaking down exercises and making the Calisthenic methodology work for anyone. Highly recommended to anyone interested in physical training

PHENOMENAL
This book is phenomenalI always wanted to train in callisthenics but never knew how to start or approach it until I came across Ashley Kalym . From beginner to pro this man explains the full from diet to stretching ,repairing recovery to strength etc and Iโm glued to it โIโm at the chapter where you need to maintain push ups ,pull ups ,dips ,squats ,knee raises before you can move on and even if you donโt want to do callisthenics I would still buy it.Money worth spent . Ashley your the BEST ๐๐ป
