I bought these borders to match the fishy decal set that they have for my little boy's nursery. I could never get my borders to stay up on the wall for ANY length of time and was very frustrated and ended up having to buy new border sets because the others ended up ruined from constantly falling.Problem #1: The product did not state on the back of the package that if you had painted a room, you needed to wait for at least 15 days for it to air dry. I had painted half of the nursery walls, and was not aware that it had to cure for longer.Problem #2: Even after buying new borders and waiting over 15 days, the product still did not stick. My walls are not super smooth, but neither are they even considered moderately textured. So we had to resolve this problem by using wallpaper paste to make sure the stupid things would stick. Those suckers aren't moving anymore now!But all in all, the actual borders themselves are beautiful and I love how my nursery turned out, which is why I stuck to making them work in the room. Just wish the adhesive had been better and the instructions on the package had been more specific.

You can easily reposition these, even a few weeks after your wife does a botched solo install with kids playing in the background.The decal pulled right off and went back with no problem. My advice is to have two sets of hands - my wife will add that the extra help should be older than 3 years of age. Ahem.Easy install: set a few marks along the wall with a pencil, and then aim for those marks. Don't get crazy with precision; if you are off 1/4 inch or so over 10-12 feet, you are doing great. Keep in mind that most floors are a bit off, anyway.This decal is opaque enough to cover a stark transition between two paint colors where chair rail would normally go. In our case, the decal easily covered the line and nothing showed through. Based on our experience, these will come off easily when we transition to chair rail in a few years, after the kids have grown up a bit.

The original wallpaper border my son's bathroom had fallen off. We attempted to just "paint" a stripe but because we are not painters by trade, it came out awful! I found this on Amazon and was excited to try it. It came within 2 days (LOVE prime!) and within MINUTES of opening the package, the trim was up! My husband had painted the walls a week and a half prior, so they were well cured. Also, it isn't an entirely smooth surface, but not bad - your standard double-wide walls. Once the backing was peeled off, which was probably the toughest part (finally used a straight blade) we slowly edged it on the walls, smoothed it out with a credit card and we are in business. Because we are in a time crunch to get the house in order before my son's graduation, this was SUCH a life saver; money AND time-wise. If I ever border another wall in the house, I will use this same brand for sure.

I love this bathroom in my boys/guest bathroom. I wanted to make it an under water/ocean type theme and this is perfect! I looked at other similar styles on amazon but I liked this one the best. I also got the matching decals to put all over the walls and the matching shower curtain! It all ties in great! The only thing I would say about the border is that you need patience putting it up and it would be helpful to have another set of hands so they can hold up the rest that's dangling down so it doesn't pull the part that your sticking up. It's a little difficult to get it perfectly alligned so that the top edge of the border is right at the edge where the ceiling and walls meets..that's the hardest part, but it doesn't have to be perfect! And it sticks just fine!

I purchased this product went on great. Vibrant colors. It was a little to shinny for my taste . But great for cleaning if putting in a child's bathroom. I like the picture on the border . I would recommend to a friend.

Good quality product and easy to apply. Background is darker blue than picture. Like having a fish tank without having to feed the fish. lolUsed it on bottom edge of mirrors (3 large) in bathroom.

I would have gave it a five more like a 4 and 1\2 only because it was enough border to even go around one small bath room I have to by a second roll to finish the bathroom

So easy to put it on. Take less than 10 minutes to put it up for my son room. It looks so beautiful. My wife and my son love it. It took 3 rolls to complete my son room. Having extra left over, I cover all plug and switch covers to match with the border. The bad thing is she want me to redo my daughter room now.

Bit optimistic due to the price. Have ordered from room mates before and those stickers were brilliant so decided to try them again. I wasnt disappointed. Beautiful pictures, excellent quality, so easy to put on the wall. Very easy to peel off and realign.

Purchased this some-time back, and finally steamed off the traditional peeling border in my bathroom, and replaced it with this.The art and border quality is excellent. It was also easy to put up. No water needed. Just peel off the backing as you need to, and apply the border to the wall.Of course, I didn't apply it correctly to my measurement marks, so I wound up having to remove the first piece and re-apply, again, and again, until I got it right. The border retained it's stickiness, and when I finally put each strip where it was supposed to go, it stayed there.Very impressive product.

I put this border up in my 5 year old daughter"s room and it turned out perfect! The colours are vivid and the sea creatures are beautiful. The peel and stick was a little tricky to work. A water border you can move around on the wall where as this I found myself putting it on and peeling it off probably 100 times. (But it is totally worth the time) Looks great if I was doing it again I would probably ask someone to help me, another set of hands would have been helpful.

Excellent and lifelike reproduction of Marine Fish, vibrant colours.Sticks very well to wall.Just right for children in this pre school group.A.Garner.
