SO&CO New York Men's 5006A.1 Monticello Stainless Steel Tachymeter Day and Date Watch with Mesh Band

It's a beautiful watch and my first mesh band watch. I absolutely loved it when it came in, looked great with anything I wore if it was casual or business. I love the concert of the mesh band as it's a lot easier to adjust and put on. As I was in a recent accident and only have one functional arm temporally it helps a lot to have an easy watch to put on.The reason for the 3 stars is due to the design of the setting buttons. There is no safety feature for the dates but just buttons, so any accidental push will cause the date to change. Besides that flaw the watch is great.

The watch, at face value, feels very solid. The band and face are elegant, and I had really good feeling about this watch. After three days of wear, I was driving and the watch just fell of my wrist. When I tried to put the watch back on, I realized that the pin had fallen off, and the slot that it fit into was bent out of shape. I blame occurrence on the cheaply made clasp. Essentially, the clasp isn't build sturdy enough for the weight of the watch. I gave it it 2 because the watch itself is beautiful, but I would not recommend this to someone else.

One year after purchase it is still keeping good time and has held up well for a fashion watch.

Bought this watch as a present for my husband for Christmas. He loves it and gets lots of compliments on it. The clasp took some time figuring out and getting used to but now it's a breeze to take it on/off or adjust it. He's worn this watch daily for over 7 months now and it's looks as good as day 1.

Great item for this kind of price, perfect for gift and to wear as a fancy one, I honestly do not have to much expectations because I already know this is not a watch as the real expensive ones ( Omega, Tag, Rado, etc) but keep confidence that is going to last in good condition at least over a year.

Was immediately impressed by the feel of the appearance and feel of the watch. The first thing I noticed was that the date hand was not accurate. I would have to occasionally reset it because it would not advance properly. After having this watch for a couple of months the clasp broke. The pin literally fell out of the clasp without any warning. I was able to fix the clasp myself by replacing the pin. Shortly after that, the "day hand" became detached and is now floating around inside the face.

Extremely satisfied with this watch. Worthy to note that I am quite particular about what watch I wear. Arrived quickly, packaging was very nice, the watch is gorgeous and works exactly as expected. Sub dials were easily set and function as they should. Thinking about buying a second but in black this time, EXTREMELY SATISFIED!

Very happy with this watch. I admit I was nervous about how it would be, especially the band, but I was pleasantly surprised once it got here. The watch looks good, and the band both looks good and is comfortable to wear, so I am a happy guy!

This is the worst experience I have had with amazon. I have been on amazon for 6 years now and this watch was the epitomy of terrible service. First of all, the watch itself didn't work. period. The watch has a 24 hour dial and it is stuck between 6am and 12am. I tried to set the watch and the date button (button B) didn't work reliably. I would go forward about 3 days then it would stop working. Not only this, but the latch was a nightmare. Just to learn how to adjust it I had to look up a tutorial and even then i needed pliers to do this. This watch is worth about -65 euros.

Watch arrived and I was very pleased as it looked good. I wore it for about 10 days and noticed that the second hand had come off the centre pivot , the watch then stopped. I had thrown all the packaging out so I could not return it .VERY DISSATISFIED
