The battery died on my first one after a few weeks and the second one I ordered had to be replaced because the pump was bad from the getgo, but I like this design and features. The removable water tank is the only way to go. It has a rubbery piece on the end of one nozzle so it is not clicking against your teeth. The speeds and buttons are OK. It could have a little bit more force on the top spray speed but this is adequate.

I checked for blockages and even replaced the tips, but nothing helped.However, I’m now very satisfied with the experience. The seller rep (Doris) responded very quickly and helpfully. She suggested a few troubleshooting steps and even sent a picture to guide me. When the issue couldn’t be fixed, she offered a free replacement or a full refund. Doris from customer support sent me a brand new replacement, and I received it within just two days. Couldn't ask for better service. Unit reservoir developed cracks at the tabs that secure the base plate by the first month, causing it to leak when filled. This became gradually worse as additional cracks developed and extended from each tab. By the 6th month the battery will no longer charge and the device is useless.The device worked quite well while it worked. Following that post I received a message from their customer service offering a complete refund or a replacement. I very much like the device and was planning to replace it, so I accepted the replacement. I am quite impressed with their customer service and would add the following to my previous post. Despite the device's failure, you may be sure this company stands by its product and will support its customers like very few others out there. After reviewing other reviews, it appears this is common practice for this company. You can buy with confidence, knowing this company will be there to support its product.

Update: Excellent customer service! After leaving the review below and purchasing a new H20floss water flosser to give it another try using duct tape over the charging port, the company reached out and refunded the cost of the replacement flosser. I will update again after a couple of weeks to see if the duct tape solves the water intrusion issue.It works wonderfully, but the charging port gets water in it, even though it has a cover. It fills with rusty goop and is pretty disgusting. Seems like a fire hazard.I began cleaning and blowing it out every other day. It still gets gunked up with rust. It's been 6 months, and off and on, it's started working only on the high setting. I suspect it has something to do with water in the charging port. Since it's at a lower price point than others and I'm happy with it otherwise, I'm buying another, and will put waterproof tape over the charging port. I'm hoping this will solve the problems.
