Hard key to duplicate
Almost impossible to get duplicate made for this set.

overpriced paperweight
it's easy to install however, it's nearly useless. It is definably not heavy duty as title claims. It's super cheaply made. The only way our door will stay closed is if we use the deadbolt lock. I have purchased 2 and both have the same issue. Something is def wrong with the internal mechanisms which prevents the entry latch from latching to the faceplate on the door frame. Also, the key gets jammed every time you try to unlock or lock the door. This set is just sooooo cheaply made. Honestly, if I didn't have kids running in & out of the house all the time & if it were being sold at $5, I would MAYBE consider it.
