2 years of regular use
I have used this pan regularly (not quite daily) for the last 2 years and am still happy with this purchase. The pan is huge, so we can cook a lot of food at once; pretty lightweight for it's size which I appreciate for ease of cleaning; it remains non-stick even though I do use oil in it; it still looks almost new. The key with non-stick pans is to not use more than a medium heat setting (we have a gas cooktop) and make sure the pan is sufficiently cooled before putting water in it to wash it. Yes, I do have some warping in the center, so the oil retreats to the edges, but it's to be expected with an inexpensive pan, and I just tilt the pan to distribute the oil. I would recommend this product!

Great Pan, but doesn't defy physics like people are expecting
This is way better than any non-stick pan I have ever used, far better than teflon, those copper pans, stainless when used right, cast iron when used right (I even ordered the Misen pan and it doesn't touch this) - it cleans up super easy. It isn't as no-stick as the eggs effortlessly sliding around, but close.Mine bowed - I have a 14" pan and an electric stove - physics are still real. This is aluminum and that material expands and contracts as it heats and cools. With the stove not heating all of it, thats what happens. It still heats really well and does move the heat well, but that made the bottom bow a bit. Seriously, it still works perfect. and what 30$ for a 14" pan? I can barely even find a pan that big, let alone for 30$, let alone better than even the best I have had. This is the go to MPV in the kitchen. We beat the hell out of it, cut food in the pan, metal tongs, metal flipper, scrap with spoons and forks - it doesn't matter. This honeybadger just handles business. We use less oil now, which is night, and have better results. It's so big it doesn't really fit in the cupboard, and when you have a big pot on the stove things get crazy. I might also pick up an 11" or something.

Now that is one big pan !!!!
I recently discovered Granitestone and I like their products and especially the cookie sheets or trays. It's like they come with parchment paper. Making nachos in the oven is a breeze with the cookie sheets since nothing sticks to these bakeware pieces. The pans are great too.....they are so easy to clean. I would never run these pans through a dishwashing machine. I will do all these pans and bakeware by hand. They are truly a blessing to me.

Read me lol.
Pan warped on the bottom a slight bit. Just enough to make the bottom of the pan dryer in the middle and puddling around the outside edges. Had it on #6 of 10 on electric stove. I thought I wanted one this size, but pretty much makes even heat distribution impossible and my stove has the older burner style that is a lot thicker and wider than the newer cheapo’s. That said, I’d buy a 12 and keep the temp down more than I did. Maybe on #3 or 4. Also wish I’d have bought the one with the lid. Luckily I had one big enough. Finish is good, it’s not like Teflon but it’s easy to clean. It’s not supposed to scratch but I don’t ever use metal utensils in it .

Amazing!! Perfect for large servings of food!!
Omg LOVE this pan!!!!! I bought this to be able to make large batches of homemade dog food. This biggie holds 3 lbs of ground turkey, 6 large sweet potatoes, 2 bags frozen broccoli and 7 large carrots.

I like the way i can get an extra pan in the dishwasher without the handles. I have had them a while and they meet expectations.

Bottom isn't flat. Blamed defect on Amazon.
I purchased this pan previously and returned it thinking it was just a defective one off and asked for a replacement. The second pan came and it had the same issue (Not flat on the bottom). To ensure the pan was on a flat surface, I put it on the floor and took a picture of it I took a picture of the pan sitting on the floor to confirm it was on a flat surface and you can tell that the bottom is warped. Again. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said it was Amazon because they couldn’t control how the item was warehoused and shipped. If you can’t use the item for its intended purpose, then something needs to change. I’m giving this one star and would give it zero if I could.
